Train Derails In North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Service is back to normal after a freight train got stuck under a bridge Wednesday night, forcing cancellations on the Trenton Regional Rail line.

This happened just before 10 p.m. near 6th and Allegheny Avenue.

Police say a Conrail freight train had an oversized load that got stuck under an overpass, which caused the derailment.

No injuries were reported.

SEPTA says service on the Trenton Regional Rail line is expected to be running on schedule Thursday morning.

Two trips at the end of Wednesday's service were canceled.
