NEW CASTLE COUNTY, Del. (CBS) – Authorities are investigating an overturned trailer at the Port of Wilmington on Tuesday.
It happened around 4:15 p.m.
Chopper 3 was over the scene as authorities were assessing the damage.
It's unclear how the accident occurred.
No injuries have been reported.
