Tractor-Trailer Overturns At Base Of Ben Franklin Bridge
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A tractor-trailer overturned at the base of the Ben Franklin Bridge on Tuesday. The incident occurred in the westbound lanes on its way to Philadelphia around 11 a.m.
It's unclear if the driver was injured.
Traffic is getting by, but expect delays if you're going to be in that area.
