Tractor-Trailer Crash, Spill Shuts Down Portion Of I-95 In Philadelphia For Several Hours

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A tractor-trailer crash and spill on I-95 shut down a portion of the highway in Philadelphia for several hours on Monday. The crash happened on I-95 south, between Academy Road and Cottman Avenue, around 9:30 a.m.

The accident had the southbound lanes and one northbound lane blocked off while crews worked to clear the scene.

The highway reopened just before 1 p.m.

There is no word if anyone was injured or how the crash happened.
