Possible tornado touches down in New London Township, Chester County

NEXT Weather: Timing the threat of severe storms

NEW LONDON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) -- A possible tornado touched down in New London Township in Chester County at around 7:45 p.m. on Sunday. 

There have been multiple funnel clouds reported from this storm. The size, strength and path of the tornado are unclear at this time.   

The National Weather Service has yet to confirm the tornado. 

CBS Philadelphia chief meteorologist Bill Kelly and meteorologist Andrew Kozak were tracking the storms as they moved through the Delaware Valley. 

Tornado warnings were in place for Berks, Lehigh, Montgomery, Chester and Lancaster Counties in Pennsylvania and New Castle County in Delaware, but they have since expired.
