Fashion Under the Shambles

Twenty-one of the South Street Headhouse neighborhood's boutiques are joining forces for a massive open-air fashion show that's part of the ongoing Philadelphia Collection. Aside from the latest in hair, clothing and accessories from some of the city's top spots, "America's Next Top Model" finalist Cory Wade Hindorff is emceeing the festivities.
