Palladino's Grand Opening

5 p.m., pay as you go

East Passyunk gets another gem of an eatery when Chef Luke Palladino opens his first Philly restaurant tonight. Stop by and check out the hip spot's stylish dining room, open kitchen, imported focaccia oven and (most importantly!) seasonal Italian menu before the crowds really descend.

Chocolate Drinks & Dinner

6:30 – 8:30 p.m., $45 (additional $25 for beverage pairing)

It's a sweet deal, for sure: Chef Jason Cichonski is teaming up with Shane Confectionery and The Franklin Fountain for a "Chocolate Drinks & Dinner" feast. The decadent four-course meal includes comfort food paired with hot drinking chocolate recipes handcrafted by the Berley brothers of Shane Confectionery. And if you're wondering where the Franklin Fountain part of this collab comes in, you'll just have to wait until dessert!
