Top 5 Over-Hyped Philly Athletes To Celebrate The Over-Hyped Snowstorm

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- The snowstorm that wasn't.

Schools were closed, transit was stopped, and no one went to work. We all thought the storm of the century was coming, but it didn't.

To celebrate, Michael Barkann and Ike Reese put together a list on Tuesday's 94WIP Mike & Ike Show of the most over-hyped Philly athletes.

Here are the top-five the callers and Mike & Ike agreed on.

Fred-Ex was the 25th overall pick to the Eagles in 2001 and really made one play in four years: 4th and 26.

4. Elton Brand

Brand signed a---brace yourself---five-year, $82 million contract with the Sixers in 2008. In February of 2009 Brand had shoulder surgery and in July of 2012 the Sixers released Brand via the amnesty clause. Sigh.

3. Chris Webber

SACRAMENTO, CA - DECEMBER 27: Chris Webber #4 of the Philadelphia 76ers walks off the court after taking on his former team the Sacramento Kings on December 27, 2006 at ARCO Arena in Sacramento, California. The Sixers acquired C-Webb---a five-time NBA all-star, the 1993 No. 1 overall pick, and the 1994 NBA Rookie of the Year---in a trade during the 2005 season. Knee problems caused Webber's decline and the Sixers eventually released him in 2007.

2. Ilya Bryzgalov
