Avery Patrick's is one of four and says siblings and family represent a special bond.

Cec Vanasperen has three surviving siblings. She says no matter how old they are, when they get together, they assume the same roles they had as kids.

But Shana Hockaday doesn't have siblings, nor does her son. She says it's gonna stay that way.

"I've got one and it feels like I got ten!"
