Thief Swipes $600 Projector After Breaking Into Charter School In Olney

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are searching for a suspect who broke into and stole a projector from a charter school in Philadelphia.

The theft happened at about 4 a.m. on October 13th at the Truebright Science Academy Charter School located at 407 East Roosevelt Boulevard in the city's Olney section.

According to investigators, the suspect gained entry to the school. Once inside, he took a projector valued at $600 from a 1st floor classroom.

The suspect then ran out of the school.

The suspect is described as a black male, early to mid 40 years-of-age, with low cut hair and a goatee. He was wearing a zip-up jacket.
