PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Ryan Howard's illustrious 13-year tenure with the Philadelphia Phillies will likely come to an end this weekend.

The 36-year-old three-time all-star, two-time home run leader, NL MVP, and World Series champion will face the New York Mets at Citizens Bank Park from Friday, September 30th to Sunday, October 2nd in the final three games of the 2016 season.
