PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Temple University was the site of an unusual opportunity fair on Wednesday not necessarily for Temple students.

This fair was for any of the over-600 residents of Philadelphia's Columbus Property Management housing units.
"Anyone who lives in our properties was invited to attend today," said LaShea Davis, CPM's Residents Services Manager, "and to learn about opportunities as it relates to education and employment."

Paulette Scruggs of North Philadelphia browsed the tables....

"Education and employment," she said, "financial literacy, community engagement, youth enrichment and health and wellness."

CPM is a non-profit specializing in housing for low-income and special needs clients.
