Teen Dead, Man Injured In Shooting Outside Cherry Hill Motel

CHERRY HILL, N.J. (CBS) -- A shooting outside of a Camden County, New Jersey motel has left a teenager dead and a man injured.

It happened around 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the parking lot near the entrance of the Inn of the Dove on Cuthbert Boulevard in Cherry Hill.

When police arrived they found out two shooting victims were driven to the hospital.

17-year-old Jadyre Gordon of Camden was pronounced dead at Cooper University Hospital. The other victim, a 20-year-old Willingboro man, was treated at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital and released.

Police say both were shot inside a car in the motel parking lot after a fight at a party in one of the motel rooms.

Cherry Hill Police and the Camden County Prosecutor's Office are looking for tips.

No arrests have been made.
