"It's just fun, pure and simple," says Craig Samborski, executive producer of Tall Ships Philadelphia Camden in a news release. "The World's Largest Rubber Duck inspires us to enjoy the world's waterfronts and conserve our natural resources for future ducklings."

The festival will also offer historic reenactments, live music, dance, youth sail training, and a craft beer garden.

Tickets range from $7 to $150.
