Tall Ships 2015: Barque Eagle

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- With its distinctive orange stripe, the Coast Guard Barque Eagle has flown the American flag around the world as the training vessel of the Coast Guard Academy. The Tall Ships Festival will take place on the Delaware River between Philadelphia and Camden from June 25-28.
