PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police have arrested the second suspect wanted in connection with Friday's shooting in Grays Ferry that left a three-year-old girl dead.

Philadelphia Police confirmed just before 11 p.m. Monday that 22-year-old Brandon Ruffin had been taken into custody without incident.

Authorities say Ruffin was the actual shooter in this case, and that he and Woods rode a bike to Etting Street to continue a feud with a 24-year old man.

Homicide Captain James Clark says Ruffin had the gun. "He pulls up, he gets out. He has a brief conversation with the 24-year-old man. He pulls out the gun, he fires several times," said Clark.

On Saturday, 22-year-old Douglas Woods was charged with Murder, three counts of Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, Violation of Uniform Firearms Act and related offenses.

The shooting took place at about 9:40 p.m. Friday in the 1500 block of South Etting Street in the city's Grays Ferry section.

A 24-year-old was struck in the head and remains in critical condition. A 21-year-old man was struck in the leg. A 28-year-old woman was struck in the arm and is recovering.

Three-year-old Tynirah Borum was hit in the chest and died shortly after 10 p.m. Friday at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
