Suspect In Jewelers' Row Abduction To Be Arraigned

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The suspect in the violent abduction of a woman on Jewelers' Row in Center City will be arraigned Monday in South Carolina.

A judge will then decide if 31-year-old Khayree Gay will be extradited back in Pennsylvania.

Federal agents arrested Gay on Friday at a hotel.

Monday afternoon, ATF agents announced a $10,000 reward for any information leading to the identification all those responsible for the abduction, assault and robbery of the victim.

This is in addition to a $10,000 reward offered by the City of Philadelphia Mayor's Office.

Earlier this month, police say three men grabbed the 53-year-old woman from a parking garage, dragged her into a van then beat, robbed and used a taser on her for hours.

She was eventually found and hospitalized.
