Suspect Arrested For Armed Robbery Days After Finishing 10-Year Prison Stint... For Armed Robbery

OCEAN CITY, NJ (CBS) --  Police in Ocean City have arrested a man they say robbed a coffee shop on November 6.

The suspect, identified as 47-year-old Ronald Hurless, is accused of walking into the Ocean City Coffee Company, located at 928 Boardwalk, and using a knife to force the cashier to empty the store's register.

The whole incident was caught on surveillance video and Hurless was promptly arrested.

The NJ Department of Correction's website states that just days earlier on October 21, Hurless was released after serving 10 years in prison for armed robbery.

His new charges include armed robbery and possession of an unlawful weapon, among others.

Hurless was detained in a Cape May County facility.  His bail has been set at $150,000 cash.
