Suspect Accused Of Lewd Act In South Jersey Wawa Parking Lot Arrested
HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (CBS) – According to police, a suspect has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to two females in separate incidents in Mays Landing.
Police say the first reported incident occurred in the morning of January 4 at the Wawa on Route 50 and 3rd Street. The female victim reported that a male exposed himself to her in the parking lot.
On January 22, police released photos of the suspect to the public in an attempt to identify him.
Authorities say after the pictures were released, they were contacted by an additional victim who said the same suspect exposed himself to her at the 5 Star Car Wash in Mays Landing in late 2014.
Police say after an investigation they were able to identify the suspect as 23-year-old Anthony Parish. He is charged with two counts of lewdness.
Parish turned himself in to police on Wednesday and was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
