Summer Camp Employee Arrested On Child Porn Charges In South Jersey

MEDFORD, NJ (CBS) – A summer camp employee from Medford, NJ has been arrested and charged with the possession and distribution of child pornography.

Police say an investigation revealed 32-year-old Stephen Gifford allegedly uploaded a pornographic image, involving a child, for others to access.

Following the execution of a search warrant, Gifford's digital devices revealed pornographic images and videos of adult males engaged in sexual acts with underage females.

Gifford is presently employed as a ropes course instructor and maintenance worker at the JCC Camps at Medford and by Virtua Health System, where his duties include patient transport, according to officials.

He has been charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Bail was set at $100,000 with no 10 percent option.
