PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Winter Storm Warning will continue into Wednesday for snow and ice with the biggest threat North and West of Philadelphia. In addition to hazardous travel Wednesday morning, significant icing of .25-.5" could take down tree limbs and power lines especially in our far NW suburbs and the Lehigh Valley.

Here is what we expect by region:

Southern NJ/DE
(Around 1" of rain)

1AM - 1PM: Heavy Rain
By 1PM: Rain Ends, Gradual Clearing

Philadelphia/Adjacent Suburbs

(Up to .10" of Ice expected before the change to rain)

2AM - 6AM: Ice to Heavy Rain (change from South to North)
6AM - 1PM: Moderate to Heavy Rain
After 1PM: Ran Ends, Gradual Clearing

Lehigh Valley & Far NW suburbs
(Snow 2-4" followed by .25-.5" of Ice)

2AM - 7AM: Snow changes to Sleet and Freezing Rain
7AM – 1PM Significant Icing Possible
After - 1PM slowly clearing

Poconos
(Snow 6-8")

12AM - 1PM: Snow, Mixing with Sleet.
