Former Punter Steve Weatherford Posts Photo Of Rocky Statue With Giants Jersey
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- When you think of the most hated New York Giant, who comes to mind?
Maybe Michael Strahan, or Tiki Barber, or even Eli Manning. Many Eagles fans can't stand Giants head coach Tom Coughlin. However, you typically don't think of former punter Steve Weatherford---right off the top of your head, that is. But that's because he's a punter.
But make no mistake---Weatherford is strongly disliked in Philadelphia. And ahead of Monday night's huge NFC East clash at the Linc between the Eagles and Giants, Weatherford took a photo of his old jersey on the Rocky statue.
Naturally, Eagles fans weren't pleased and Weatherford continued to antagonize them via social media.
I didn't put it there. And you can't "disgrace" a fiction champion. Much like your teams titles---> FICTIONAL

This isn't the first time Weatherford has annoyed Eagles fans. This past summer, he made fun of the team and their offseason moves.
