Steve Mason Will Not Dress For Game Three

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -  Steve Mason who is battling what the Flyers have called an "upper-body injury", will not dress for Tuesday night's game three in Philadelphia. Ray Emery will get his third straight start against the Rangers. Emery has allowed six goals on 69 shots over the first two games of the series, but stopped 31 of 33 shots in Sunday's 4-2 Flyers win.

Sam Carchidi reports, Mason said there is no sense rushing back because Emery is playing well.

The series between the Flyers and Rangers is tied 1-1. Game three begins at 8pm on Tuesday night at the Wells Fargo Center.
