PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police have arrested a man who was wanted in connection to a pair of stabbings in Center City early Tuesday morning.

Authorities say 26-year-old Kyle Stephens first attacked a 23-year-old jogger near 23rd and Walnut Streets around 5:30 Tuesday morning, tackling the victim and stabbing him twice in his right arm and once in the back before being chased off by a witness.

About 20 minutes later, police say Stephens attacked a 42-year-old man walking on North 21st Street from behind and cut the left side of the victim's face.
