St. Joe's Falls To St. Bonaventure 70-60 In OT

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Dion Wright scored nine points in overtime and Youssou Ndoye added eight to lift St. Bonaventure to a 70-60 victory over Saint Joseph's on Saturday night.

After Andell Cumberbatch made a free throw to open overtime, Wright and Ndoye scored the rest of the Bonnies' points. St. Bonaventure (14-11, 7-7 Atlantic 10) scored the first seven points of the extra period on its way to the win that broke a three-game losing streak.

DeAndre Bembry made two free throws to tie the game and neither team scored again over the final 3:50 of regulation with Bembry missing the front end of one-and-one opportunities twice in the final 10 seconds.

Wright finished with 17 points, Marcus Posley had 16, Cumberbatch 15 and Ndoye 11. All of Ndoye's points came at the free-throw line.

Chris Wilson scored 20 points to lead the Hawks (11-15, 5-9), who have lost three straight. Bembry added 15 points.
