PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Spruce Street Harbor Park and the RiverRink Summerfest open to the public for the 2019 season Friday. The popular hangout by the Delaware River includes hammocks, games and trees with color-changing lights.
The RiverRink Summerfest offers an outdoor skating rink, rides and games.
