By Andrew Porter

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Last week, the Eagles lost a game they probably should have won and the Cowboys won a game they probably should have lost. Now, the two NFC East rivals face off in Week 2 at Lincoln Financial Field in a huge early season matchup.

SportsBookReview.com broke down the game, which has the Eagles as six-point favorites and an total of 54.5 points, according to Westgate Las Vegas Sports Book.

Series Trends and Expectations (ATS = Against The Spread, SU= Straight Up)

In 2014: Eagles (9-7 ATS), Cowboys (10-8 ATS)

Proceed with caution: The Cowboys were 7-0 SU on the road last season and 6-1 ATS. Dallas was also 3-0 ATS as road dog (RD) last season and when the two teams met here at Lincoln Financial Field in Week 15, Dallas won 38-27 as 3-point underdogs.

This line has gone from Eagles -2, to Eagles -4, and now Eagles -6.

The Cowboys are also 3-0 ATS in their last four games here in Philadelphia and 3-1 ATS in their last four meetings overall against the Birds.

Injuries: WR Dez Bryant, DE Randy Gregory OUT for the Cowboys

Sportsbook Review: "With 65 points being scored here last year in this game and Romo (36/45, 356 yards, 3 TDs, 2 Interceptions, 85.9 QBP) and Bradford (36/52, 336 yards, TD, 2 Interceptions, 77.1 QBR) both throwing the pigskin so much, and both teams' DBs still somewhat suspect, this one could be 17-17 at halftime and the over seems like our NFL pick."

Predicted Final Score: Philadelphia Eagles 31 Dallas Cowboys 27
