Special Schedule In Effect Due To Service On Manayunk/Norristown Regional Rail Line Next Week

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – SEPTA says service on its Manayunk/Norristown Regional Rail Line will necessitate a special schedule next week.

Beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 2 and continuing through Sunday, Sept. 14, most trains traveling toward Center City on that line will depart Main Street, Norristown Transportation Center, Conshohocken, Spring Mill and Miquon Stations approximately five minutes earlier than regularly scheduled.

During the special schedule, all passengers will board trains from the outbound platforms at Conshohocken, Spring Mill and Miquon Stations from 8:45 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Shuttle buses will be operating in place of train service between Wissahickon and Elm Street stations for two weekends (Sept. 6-7 and Sept. 12-14).
