Some SEPTA Operations Still Running
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- While most SEPTA service is shutdown, there are still a few options for getting around town.
All SEPTA regional rail service is still up and running, but those will be the only trains operating in the city and riders should prepare for delays and overcrowding.

On top of that, the Lucy Loop will be in service through University City, and the routes 101 and 102 trolleys will be running out of 69th street station.
In the suburbs, the Norristown High Speed Line and Suburban buses are operating, as are shuttle routes 301, 204, 205 and the Cornwell Heights Parking Shuttle.

CCT Connect service will run for registered ADA and Shared Ride Customers.
Ride sharing services Uber and Lyft are trying to help out as well. Lyft says it will have extra drivers on the road, while Uber says it's expanding it's discounted UberPool service.
ZipCar is cutting prices on hourly rentals near SEPTA stations during the strike.
Governor Wolf Issues Statement On SEPTA Strike
The city is offering shuttle service along the Broad Street and Market Frankford Lines for city employees, and the Parking Authority says it will modify rates at certain garages while SEPTA service is down.
