Some Evacuations Ordered Due To Propane Tank Leak In Montgomery County

BRYN MAWR, Pa. (CBS) -- Officials say a couple of homes have been evacuated due to a propane tank leak in Bryn Mawr Tuesday evening.

Chopper 3 was over the scene on the 300 block of Thornbrook Avenue in Montgomery County.

Authorities say they are trying to evacuate two blocks, but many residents are not yet home.

Officials say the source of the leak is a 500 gallon underground propane tank.
