Google Chrome users can now enjoy a "spoiler free" Facebook and Twitter experience.

The Spoiler Shield extension filters out all mentions of selected shows like "Game of Thrones" or "Scandal."

The shield doesn't remove the posts, it just covers them with a big banner.

Today's first-ever #IWillListen Day includes a social media effort to get Philadelphians to join the conversation on mental health by pledging to listen to others, without judgment using the hashtag #IWillListen.

One in four Philadelphians will be affected by a mental illness in 2014. #IWillListen Day was created to raise awareness and fight the stigma surrounding mental illness.

There will also be a health fair with various organizations taking place in Love Park today.
