Snack In A Snap: The Surfing Pig's Ahi Poke

Ingredients:

  • 2oz ahi tuna
  • Soy sauce
  • Mango salsa
  • 1/2 avocado, roughly chopped
  • Mango puree sauce
  • Corn chips

Directions:

Mix tuna, soy sauce, mango salsa, avocado and mango puree sauce. Spoon into the empty avocado skin "bowl." Serve with corn chips.
