Skeletal Remains Believed To Be Those Of Missing Bensalem Woman Found At State Park

BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS) -- Police say skeletal remains found at a Pennsylvania state park are believed to be those of Bensalem woman, Lindsey Liccone, who has been missing since early September.

According to officials, the human remains were discovered at Tyler State Park by a park employee who was clearing vegetation.

Investigators and Rangers from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources are on the scene conducting an investigation.

The 21-year-old Piccone was last seen September 6 in Bensalem. Her car was later found at Tyler State Park. Since then multiple searches of the park have been conducted by local law enforcement and with the assistance of K-9 units.
