Sixers Look To Get Back On Track Vs. Pistons

By Matt Leon

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The Sixers are back home on Friday night to host the Detroit Pistons.

Brett Brown's squad will be looking to get back on track after back-to-back blowout losses earlier this week at home to Minnesota (126-95) and at Cleveland (111-93). These losses followed four straight wins on the west coast. Overall, the Sixers are 12-23 on the season.

Detroit brings the baggage of a six-game losing streak to South Philadelphia. Last time out on Wednesday, they lost by 21 points in Toronto.

These two teams already met once this season. Back on December 1st, the Pistons won at home, 115-100.

This is the front end of back-to-back games for the 76ers. On Saturday night they visit the New York Knicks.

KYW's Matt Leon spoke with Tom Moore, 76ers beat writer for the Bucks County Courier Times, about the match-up.
