Sixers Host Family Of Fallen Philadelphia Police Officer Robert Wilson III

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- On Wednesday, the Sixers hosted the family of fallen Philadelphia Police Officer Robert Wilson III. Wilson's sons, ages 10 and 1, were both on hand pregame and had the opportunity to meet and interact with members of the team.
The invitation to Wilson's family was not the first gesture that the Sixers have made to honor his memory.
The team also wore special shooting shirts prior to a game that read "Officer Wilson," on the front of them.
Prior to the game, Jason Richardson invited Wilson's 10-year-old son back to the Sixers locker room to meet members of the team as well as Coach Brett Brown. Richardson also presented him with an autographed jersey and Brown extended an invitation for him to come and see the team play whenever he would like.
Sixers rookie Nerlens Noel then took Wilson's son out to the court to take some shots with him pre-game.
