Signal Problems Impacting SEPTA's Wilmington/Newark Rail Line

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- SEPTA is reporting signal problems on the Wilmington/Newark Regional Rail line Wednesday morning.

Due to the signal problems, some scheduled service between Wilmington and Newark may not operate.
