Boy shot in shoulder in Philadelphia's Logan neighborhood, police say

A 12-year-old is at the hospital after he was shot in Philadelphia Monday afternoon, police said. 

The child was shot in the shoulder around 4:30 p.m. at 10th and Lindley streets in the Logan section of the city, according to Philadelphia police. He was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition, police said.

Police have not made any arrests or determined a motive. 

The shooting happened one day after a 14-year-old was shot on the 3300 block of Aldine Street in Northeast Philadelphia. The teen was taken to the hospital in critical condition following the Sunday night shooting, police said. Police found a weapon at the scene and took one person into custody.
