Man shot, killed inside grocery store in University City, Philadelphia police say
A man was shot and killed inside a grocery store on Market Street in University City on Monday, Philadelphia police said.
The shooting happened around 4:45 p.m. at a store at 40th and Market streets, according to police.
The man was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 5:13 p.m., police said.
It's unclear what led to the shooting.
