12 Taken To Local Hospitals Following SEPTA Bus Accident In North Philly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating after a SEPTA bus was involved in an accident in the Hunting Park section of the city.

Officials say around 9 a.m. Tuesday a Route 16 bus was traveling on Broad Street when it was involved in an accident with a private vehicle.

Authorities say as a result, 12 people were transported to Einstein and Temple Hospitals.

Officials say no one suffered any serious injuries.
