Switching Problems Causing Delays On SEPTA Regional Rail

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — SEPTA regional rail trains at the Jefferson Station have been canceled Thursday due to switching problems.

RRD: Delays of up to 20 minutes are possible on all lines due to switch problems, single-tracking at Temple Station.
