No Foul Play Suspected After Body Found Under Train In Old City, SEPTA Officials Say

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - SEPTA officials say no foul play is suspected after a body was found under a train at the Market-Frankford line in Philadelphia's Old City section, early Saturday morning. The body of a man in his 20's was found near 2nd and Market Streets, around 3 a.m.

The discovery prompted officials to suspend the Market-Frankford line in both directions for nearly three hours. About 70 passengers on board were transported from the west end of the train onto the 2nd Street platform.

Service on the Market-Frankford line resumed just after 6 a.m.

It remains unclear if the man fell or intentionally jumped.
