Service Resumes On SEPTA's Lansdale/Doylestown Line
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- SEPTA service has resumed on part of the Lansdale/Doylestown Regional Rail line after being suspended on Tuesday morning due to police activity.
SEPTA says service was suspended between Doylestown and Pennlyn around 6:30 a.m. after a woman was struck and killed by the train.
As of 9:25 a.m., service had resumed on the Lansdale/Doylestown line, with delays of up to 90 minutes.
A police investigation is underway.
