SEPTA: 12-Year-Old Girl Hospitalized After Being Hit By Bus

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A young girl was hit by a SEPTA bus in the Frankford section of the city on Monday afternoon.

According to SEPTA, a 12-year-old girl was hit by a Route 25 bus at Orthodox and Milnor Streets around 5 p.m.

The child was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are investigating the incident.
