Several Injured In SEPTA Bus Crash In Overbrook

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Several people were injured after a SEPTA bus crashed into a traffic light.

The crash occurred at Haverford and Lansdowne Avenues in the Overbrook section of the city.

A SEPTA official says the bus operator suffered a medical incident, which caused the Route 65 bus to change lanes before colliding with a pole.

A total of 12 people, 11 passengers and the driver, suffered non life-threatening injuries and were taken to local hospitals.

No other vehicles were involved in the accident.

SEPTA says routes 30, 31 and 65 were detoured as a result.
