PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's Apptastic and Outta site - Seedling Comic Studio.

Got an idea for your own comic book? Seedling Comic Studio lets you mix your own photos with comic backgrounds to create something new. You can also add elements like speech bubbles, stickers and cutouts to create fun themed shots. And parents... it's an especially useful distraction for kids.
