Scamp The Tramp Named New World's Ugliest Dog

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- There's a new World's Ugliest Dog. This year's winner is Scamp the Tramp.
The big-eyed pooch beat 19 other contestants for the title. Scamp the Tramp was found and rescued in Los Angeles. He was adopted an hour before he was set to be euthanized.
The annual competition in California aims to bring attention to the needs of rescue dogs. Scamp and his owner get a trophy, a $1,500 prize and a trip to New York.
