There's A Sam Hinkie Billboard On I-95
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Sam Hinkie is no longer with the Philadelphia 76ers, but his spirit -- along with some avid fans -- remains.

The Draft Lottery is on Tuesday, May 17th where the 76ers hope to turn Hinkie's assets into up to four first-round picks. Hinkie, of course, resigned earlier this month.
