Ryan Arcidiacono Signs Two-Year Deal With Spurs, Per Report

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Former Villanova Wildcat captain and national champion point-guard Ryan Arcidiacono is headed to one of the best organizations in the NBA.

Arch, a 22-year-old Langhorne, PA native, signed a two-year deal with the San Antonio Spurs on Friday, according to Jabari Young of the San Antonio-Express News.

Arcidiacono, 6'3", 195-pounds, averaged 12.5 points, 4.2 assists, and 1.4 steals per game as a senior at Villanova last season.

Villanova head coach Jay Wright and the Spurs' head coach Gregg Popovich have a good relationship, as Wright will be an assistant to Popovich's on the 2016 USA Men's select team.
