Fellow Rookies Don't Have Much Love For Ben Simmons

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Kris Dunn is getting the most love from fellow NBA rookies, much more than Philadelphia 76ers' number one overall pick Ben Simmons.

In this year's rookie survey by NBA.com, 29-percent of rookies have Dunn winning rookie of the year despite the No. 1 overall pick winning the award each of the past two seasons. Simmons, at 19.4-percent, isn't even second in the voting as the Los Angeles Lakers' Brandon Ingram received 25.8-percent of the votes.

When asked which rookie will have the best career, Simmons didn't even finish in the top-three. Simmons was shockingly tied for fourth with 6.7-percent of the votes, behind Ingram, Dunn, and Buddy Hield.

Most athletic? Simmons wasn't even in the top-six players, receiving less than 6.5-percent of the vote.

However, when it came to best playmaker, Simmons got the most love -- finishing in second play with 26.5-percent behind Dunn with 29.4-percent.
