Roof Collapses On Vacant Building In West Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Debris poured onto the sidewalk after a vacant building's roof collapsed in West Philadelphia.
Chopper 3 was over the scene on the 6000 block of Locust Street Friday afternoon.
Officials say no injuries were reported.
